Terrorism Conference by Global Alliance

Terrorism Seminar organized by Global Alliance against Terrorism will be held at the following time and place:

Lt. General Masud Uddin Chowdhury, NDC, PSC, Principal Staff Officer, Armed Forces Division, Bangladesh is coming to Washington DC to participate in this seminar.

The seminar will be simulcast (video conferencing) from the Seminar Room to London and Bangladesh.

On the US side, following Congress persons will participate among others: Benjamin Gilman (former), Curt Weldon (former), Joseph Crowley (NY), Neil Abercrombie (HI), Peter T. King (NY), Sheila Jackson Lee (TX), Silvestre Reyes (TX), Solomon P. Ortiz (TX) and Tom Lantos (CA).

Dhaka participants will include Ambassador Iftekhar Ahmed Chowdhury, Foreign Advisor, Bangladesh Government, General A.T.M. Amin, Director of Counter Terrorism Bureau of Bangladesh, Prof. C.R. Akbar, Chairman, Department of International Relations of Dhaka University, Col. Faridul Akbar and Dr. Salah Uddin Ahmed, Governor of Bangladesh Bank.

There will be a Question and Answer (Q&A) session in the Seminar where the audience will have plenty of opportunity to discuss the welfare of Bangladesh with the panelist.

The seminar room has limited number of seats for the audience. Moreover, the Capital Hill Security Office will go through a rigorous verification process for each participant before issuing the Admission pass.
